We are looking for a Contracts Administrator on a temp to perm basis based in Battersea to start ASAP to help assist the Contracts team. You will play a pivotal role within the site team providing excellent administration and support specifically to the resident maintenance team, maintaining the highest level of service delivery, compliance, reporting and administration.

Deliver tasks in line with the strategic plan and personal objectives being adaptable to supporting changing business needs.

Contribute to the creation, maintenance and improvement of company policies, processes and systems.

Contribute to department plans and deliver any tasks and activities required to achieve departmental/divisional goals.

Keep a record and regularly provide examples of personal contribution towards JCA's growth

Applicants must have strong consistent admin experience within the maintenance sector This is a temp to perm position to start ASAP based in Battersea.

Pay is £18 PAYE. Perm Salary is £35K per year
