Your new role as Joiner:
As a Joiner you will be working as part of a wider team delivering essential repairs/replacements to their empty void social housing properties or completing Planned Repair works for existing or new tenants. You will need to be confident in carrying out all aspects of joinery works to a high standard including removal and renewal of kitchens, bathrooms, internal second fix joinery, responsible for joinery repairs including but not limited to floor boarding, door ease/renew and kitchen unit repairs.
The Experience Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or equivalent, previous experience of carrying out Joinery work to a high standard on repairs and maintenance and refurbishment projects.
