Director
Jon Kelson is an experienced recruitment leader with over 13 years in the built environment sector. Having progressed from Consultant to Divisional Manager and now Regional Operations Director, he brings a proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing strong client partnerships, and driving operational success across construction, property, and engineering markets in London and beyond.
Phil Stock
Regional Director
Phil joined the Group in 2001 and has carried out a number of key roles in the past 14 years. He has vast experience recruiting into Facilities Management and Social Housing and leads on our permanent recruitment process. Through his 20 years experience in recruitment, Phil is able to solve the most difficult and time pressured problems clients may face. Whether this be a short term hire to cover for illness, or an key appointment at a senior level.

Having over 20 years of experience within the Construction and Property sectors Paul leads both our Managed Service delivery team as well as heads up our MSP Division, offering bespoke and unique services to key clients nationally. A specialist across the whole built environment Paul prides himself on his consultative approach always ensuring that candidates and clients alike have the best possible experience within their recruitment journeys.
