Scope of Work:

Transporting a wide range of medical and support items: blood, drugs, instruments, patient notes, waste, stores, food, laundry, samples, and more.

Working across main and satellite sites, including GP surgeries and neighbouring trusts.

Supporting clinical teams with timely deliveries.

Home deliveries of medication

Occasional staff transport (max 4 people).

Requirements:

7-day service (daytime only - no nights).

Standard UK driving licence (vehicles under 3.5 tonnes).

Key Responsibilities:

Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth or decorative finish.Prepare surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster and applying bonding agents.Mix plaster to the correct consistency using manual or mechanical methods.Repair damaged plaster work and match existing finishes where needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer in residential, commercial, or refurbishment projectsExcellent trowel and finishing skills with a keen eye for detailStrong understanding of various plastering techniques (e.g. skimming, float and set, dot and dab)Good physical fitness and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding if requiredCSCS card

A Caretaker is required for a 12 month contract, working on high rise residential blocks and other manner of properties across the area.

You will ensure that the properties, communal areas and external grounds are safe, secure, clean and well maintained using a hands on approach via routine inspections and rapid response to incidents including out of hours. Normal working hours Mon - Fri, 37 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the IPAF Cherry Picker (3A/3B) to access working areas at height

Ensure the safe setup and operation of the equipment in line with health and safety standards

Assist in other tasks on-site, including loading and unloading materials as needed

Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues to the supervisor

Ensure the work site is clean, safe, and organised

Work in compliance with all health and safety regulations

Report any concerns or hazards promptly to the site manager

Requirements:

Valid IPAF 3A/3B certification (mandatory)

Previous experience operating a cherry picker in a construction or industrial environment is preferred

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support refurbishment projects based in Derby, the successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, procurement, valuations, and commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of project cost control from inception to final account

Prepare valuations, variations, and interim applications

Handle subcontractor procurement and commercial management

Work closely with the Site Manager and client-side stakeholders

Ensure accurate commercial reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

Proven experience as a QS on commercial refurbishment projects

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management

Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

Ability to travel between Warwick and Nottingham as required

Experience in utilities or infrastructure projects is a plus

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)

Member of or working towards MRICS/CIOB (preferred but not essential)

Experience in commercial refurbishments, ideally within infrastructure or utilities

Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts

Proficient in Excel and industry-standard QS software
