I'm working with a long-established regional main contractor in North Yorkshire, known for delivering high-quality construction projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors.

Due to continued growth and a healthy secured pipeline, they're now seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple live projects across the region.

Role Overview:

  • Managing multiple new build schemes ranging from £3m to £10m+

  • Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and to spec

  • Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Supporting preconstruction and commercial teams at key project stages

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior PM overseeing multiple sites

  • Background in new build construction - commercial, residential, or public sector

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills

  • Based in or near North Yorkshire and happy to travel across the region
