We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Banksman / Labourer to join our clients team on site in Wisbech. If you have experience in a construction or site-based environment and are ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Banksman duties: Directing and guiding vehicles and plant machinery safely on-site, ensuring all movements are conducted safely and efficiently.
Labourer tasks: Assisting with general site duties including carrying materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the workforce as required.
Ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Communicating clearly with the team and machinery operators to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

Valid Banksman certification and CSCS Card.
Experience in a similar role within the construction or site-based environment.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Full PPE will be required.
