Our client is looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a short-term contract based at our site in Northstowe. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail to contribute to the final stages of our high-quality residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all finishing works on site to ensure homes are completed to the highest standard.

Coordinate and manage finishing trades (e.g., decorators, carpenters, snagging teams).

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Carry out snagging inspections and manage timely resolution of defects.

Liaise with site management and subcontractors to maintain programme targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar finishing foreman or site supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of residential build processes and finishing standards.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Valid CSCS card - essential.

SMSTS or SSSTS certification - desirable.

Own transport preferred due to site location.
