Assistance with small/medium sized project work such as installation of new and refurbishment of older assets and ensuring thorough maintenance reporting and recording onto computer based maintenance management system.
The ideal candidate will have experience with BMS systems, Fire Alarms, HVAC, UPS, Emergency Lighting, 3 phase, AHUs, LV Systems.
Starting Salary = Up-to £45,000
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
