Social Housing Contractor looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the Repairs Team. The role will be covering predominantly North London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in Social Housing properties.

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and uniform to complete your duties.

Duties will include:

- Hanging doors

- Door frame repair/renew

- Window frames UPVC/wood

- Glazing

- Locks and latches, forced entries

- Kitchen Unit worktops

- Bath panel stud work

- Skirting and architraves

- Forced entry

- Staircase repairs

- Flooring repair/renew

- Painting, basic plumbing, replacing tiles, patch plaster

Successful candidates will be required to provide an Asbestos Awareness certificate before they can start the role. If you do not already hold one we have a discount code and link you can use to obtain one.

42.5 hours per week PAID

30 minutes Lunch unpaid

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

Temp to Perm
