Job Title: Estimator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join a leading Facilities Management provider. This role is perfect for a commercially aware professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in managing tenders, pricing contracts, and delivering competitive bids.
- The Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new business and ensuring the financial success of projects. You will be responsible for:
- Managing tenders and estimates for M&E Lifecycle, Sustainability, and Contract Variation projects.
- Conducting site surveys and preparing accurate pricing structures.
- Developing tender strategies alongside commercial, bid, and operational teams.
- Negotiating terms and securing the best pricing from supply chain partners.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining profitable margins.
- Preparing detailed commercial reports for senior management.
- Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in estimating within the Facilities Management or Building Services industry.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess contract risks and opportunities.
- Ability to manage tenders from initial enquiry to final submission.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage.
- HND in Construction or Building Services (or equivalent qualification) is desirable.
