Reshaping a Department and a Key Focus for Social Housing Provider

Our client is a registered Social Landlord that provides front line Housing support to 16,000 people across 7,500 homes across Greater Manchester. 
Working with this client for over a decade, we have delivered support across Maintenance, Facilities Management and Repairs - serving Housing Management, Supported and Sheltered Housing. The organisation wanted to change the focus and size of their Housing management function and required Housing Officers, ASB Officers and Income Officers.
