Electrician Duties include all maintenance electrical works including fault finding & responsive repairs on tenanted social housing properties. Work includes but not limited to repairing MCB - Circuit breakers, small electrical repairs, switches, re-certification, certificating all works. Working within the social housing network. The Site Supervisor will be responsible the delivery of the project, must be an effective communicator and be able to successfully lead a small team. The Site Supervisor must have the following:

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and building systems including AHUs, VRVs, VAVs, FCUs, pumps, and more.

Overseeing M&E works, refurbishments, new installations and minor projects which range from £25k-£1m. Located on site in Didcot. Fixed term contract of up to six months (extension available) Market leading pay - up to £360 per day (DOE)You will receive company equipment such as phone, laptop etc. Contracted to 40 hours per week with overtime available.

Main responsibilities

Undertake the management of staff on site relating to your projects. Attend site visits with client, commercial team and supply chain. Liaise with clients, design teams and any other stakeholders. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Manage sub contractors. Prepare and manage project documentation. Attend regular meetings with the chair. Compile and submit O&M manuals upon completion.

Essential Criteria

Demonstrate previous experience in a project management role.Hold strong communication and management skills. Hold knowledge in construction design management. Experience in delivering projects up to £1m. Ability to plan and programme projects using MS project.
