RG Set Square have a 3 month opportunity on the outskirts of Sheffield for an experienced Finishing Foreman who can oversee the closing stages of a high end new build office complex.

Predominantly site based, you will be managing the quality of works carried out by the various sub-contractors on site, ensuring the quality of finish is to the highest standards. All the while working towards a snag free completion of the project within the agreed time lines of the contract.

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Finisher / Snagger to join a leading contractor on a new build housing development in Sheffield.

This role will involve working closely with the site management team to ensure all properties are finished to a high standard ahead of client handover.

Carry out final snagging works in completed plots

Fix minor defects including plaster patches, siliconing, painting, and touch-ups

Adjust doors, handles, and ironmongery as required

Complete internal cosmetic fixes and minor joinery works

Ensure all work meets NHBC and client standards

Communicate with the site team to report progress and highlight any additional issues

Proven experience in a similar finishing/snagging role within new build housing

Strong multi-trade background (basic joinery, decorating, patch plastering etc.)

CSCS card (required)

Own tools and PPE

Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
