RG Setsquare are currently working alongside a well-established contractor who are looking to welcome a multi-skilled operative to the team based in the Salisbury area to work on a healthcare contract. Starting on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties include

Multi skilled maintenance operative to complete PPM's and reactive building maintenance

Planned Maintenance: Emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, legionella water temperature checks and other scheduled PPM tasks.Reactive Maintenance: From plumbing such as tracing and fixing leaks, changing washers, taps, changing pipework, clearing blockages through to light electrical such as replacing lamps and other general building repairs Experience working in a healthcare setting before would be beneficial as there are mental health care sites on this contract.Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.Candidate will need a full UK driving license, not been banned in the past 5 years and no more than 6 points on their licence.Candidate will need a Standard DBS check. If not currently held we can put them through one. If they can be advised off this and asked to declare any unspent convictions.
