We're hiring experienced Multi-Trade Operatives with a strong background in carpentry to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance on residential properties in and around Petersfield.

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for skilled tradespeople who want a reliable career with steady work, a great team environment, and long-term prospects.

Carry out carpentry repairs and installations in occupied and void properties

Undertake multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, plastering, fencing, or masonry

Work independently on domestic property maintenance jobs

Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service

Record all jobs and materials using a smartphone/tablet system

Keep tools, van stock and company vehicle well maintained

Participate in out-of-hours emergency repair rota (if required)

Qualified Carpenter - NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent / time-served

Multi-skilled across a range of trades (plumbing, plastering, fencing etc.)

Previous experience in property repairs, social housing, or responsive maintenance

Full UK Driving Licence (clean)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong customer service and communication skills

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
