IPAF Cherry Picker Operator (Temp)
Our client, a leading provider of access solutions, is seeking a skilled and reliable IPAF Cherry Picker Operator to join their team in Mine head. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.
Role Overview:As an IPAF Cherry Picker Operator, you will be responsible for operating a cherry picker to support a range of projects. You will work closely with other team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality access to various areas. The role requires a focus on safety, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service on-site.
Key Responsibilities:Safely operate the IPAF Cherry Picker (3A/3B) to access working areas at height
Ensure the safe setup and operation of the equipment in line with health and safety standards
Assist in other tasks on-site, including loading and unloading materials as needed
Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues to the supervisor
Ensure the work site is clean, safe, and organised
Work in compliance with all health and safety regulations
Report any concerns or hazards promptly to the site manager
Requirements:Valid IPAF 3A/3B certification (mandatory)
Previous experience operating a cherry picker in a construction or industrial environment is preferred
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
