Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing Bias)
Location: Lymington - Static Site
Contract: Temp (option for FTC)
Rate: £20.16 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (40 hrs/week) + on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks)

We're looking for a reliable, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on-site. You'll work across a range of building services, with a focus on plant room systems.

✅ What we're looking for:
Experience in commercial building maintenance (e.g., hospital, school, supermarket)

Bias in mechanical, plumbing or electrical discipline

Plant room experience essential - boilers, chillers, pumps, HVAC, AHUs, etc.

Experience with fire alarm testing, Legionella PPMs, distribution boards

18th Edition qualification (desirable)

Standard DBS check (we can support this if needed)

UK driving licence + own vehicle (insured for business use)

Must live within 1 hour of site for on-call rota

Perks: Overtime paid at 1.5x / 2x on Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Rate: £17.92 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (40 hrs/week)

We're looking for a reliable, multi-skilled Handyperson on-site. You'll support with carpentry, basic plumbing, painting & decorating, lock replacements, and minor repairs.

Carpentry skills essential

Painting & decorating experience

Basic plumbing, locks, and handle repairs

Ideally experience in a hospital or care home

Willingness to help with on-call support (occasional)

UK driving licence + own vehicle (no more than 6 points)

Standard DBS check (we can support this if needed)

Perks: Overtime paid at 1.5x / 2x on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
