We are seeking a skilled Telehandler Operator for a 1-year residential development project in Hastings. This role is ideal for an experienced telehandler looking for stable, long-term work on a busy and well-organized site.
Key Responsibilities:Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently to support site operations
Loading and unloading materials as required
Assisting trades and site teams with material movement
Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance on equipment
Adhering to all health and safety regulations on-site
Requirements:Valid CPCS Telehandler ticket (NPORS with CSCS may be considered)
Previous experience operating a telehandler on a construction site
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude

Are you a skilled and experienced Housing Site Assistant Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality Housing Developments? Our client, a nationwide housing developer, is seeking an individual with at least 3 years of experience and SMSTS certification to oversee finishings and external works on a large-scale housing development. If you have a strong understanding of finishing trades and a keen eye for detail on external work, we want to hear from you!
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction to ensure the successful execution of subcontractors on site. You will oversee all aspects of safety compliance and project delivery, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Key responsibilities include taking charge of day-to-day operations, upholding strict health and safety standards, overseeing quality control processes, and leading and motivating site personnel to achieve project objectives.
Requirements for this role include a valid SMSTS certificate, experience as an Assistant Site Manager, and excellent leadership and organisational skills. This role will be initially on a contract basis with a view to becoming a permanent, directly employed position.
