Location: Covering sites from Fife up to the North of Scotland

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + Benefits

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder, managing the delivery of high-quality residential projects across Fife to the North of Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring health & safety complianceManage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staffEnsure project milestones and quality benchmarks are metLiaise with clients, consultants, and internal teamsMaintain accurate site records and reportingLead site meetings and manage programme schedules

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuildingStrong knowledge of building regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety practicesExcellent organisational and leadership skillsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
