The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks across building systems including electrical, mechanical, and basic fabric work. This is a hands-on role requiring technical competence, flexibility, and a proactive approach to solving problems and maintaining high standards of safety and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on building systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, fabric)Diagnose faults and complete repairs across electrical and mechanical systemsConduct general building repairs and assist with small installations and project worksEnsure all work is completed in compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresAccurately complete job reports, risk assessments, and relevant documentationLiaise with the site team and contractors to ensure seamless service deliveryParticipate in an on-call rota (if required)Essential Skills & Experience

Role Summary:

* Using new equipment and technologies to maintain a working production environment liaising with the client on any requests for certain machinery PPM's
* Fault finding on all types of Machinery
* Support others in the department in relation to Health and Safety
* Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance Department working on Heavy Industrial Machines and Overhead Cranes
* Write and follow Risk Assessments and be available to question any issues which arise from them safely and accurately
* Completion of the required documentation as specified with the requirements of all rules and legislation
* Work on Three Phase Systems with Voltages up to 440V
* Working on Motors, Gearboxes, Valves encompassing Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical Systems
* Use Mobile Devices to accurately project and complete any works from the CAFM Maintenance System
* Use of emailing / calendars to plan your daily work requirements so that all tasks are completed effortlessly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to both Plant, Equipment and Building Services.
Role Summary:
Identify and manage the risks to the client through the equipment on site, including identifying critical spares, improving performance of plant and equipment, managing the environment conditions on site through the BMS system and running all plant and equipment efficiently, improving and implementing the preventative maintenance program.
Using new equipment and technologies to maintain a working and comfortable environment liaising with the client on any requests for certain reactive and PPM tasks.
Fault finding on all types of HVAC plant and equipment with a bias to the maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems. Working with refrigerant and having the necessary qualifications in the handling of F-Gas.
Support others in the team in relation to Health and Safety
Perform the role or Energy Champion and assist in the role of Safety Champion for the site.
Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the Maintenance team.
Write and follow Risk Assessments and be available to question any issues which arise from them safely and accurately.
Completion of the required documentation as specified with the requirements of all rules and legislation.
Use Mobile Devices to accurately project and complete any works from the CAFM Maintenance System.
