The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hedging, lawns, shrubs, and perennials, with the ability to organise and prioritise gardening tasks throughout the seasons and will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be IT literate.

Candidate will be required to make their own way to site.

A leading housing organisation is looking for up to 4 Call Center Officers to work either Monday till Friday (35 hours per week) with 1 hr break or Monday to Friday (20 hours per week, 11am till 3pm) to be based in a busy contact center in Chelmsford to start ASAP

As one of our Customer Service Advisors you'll be the first point of contact in providing outstanding customer service to a diverse range of our customers and residents, over the phone and digital channels including emails and social media. In this varied role you'll be providing advice and assistance on a range of housing queries and booking repairs required at our properties, so excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential. Our focus is on finding a great service to our customers.

The Customer Service Centre is a busy and fast paced environment and we are looking for people who thrive working under pressure to join our friendly and diverse team. You must be able to multi-task and have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. You will have a flexible and proactive approach towards work and demonstrate a real belief in providing good customer service.

No previous housing experience or knowledge is necessary - we'll teach you all that!

Hours to be worked:

(Full Time) 8:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:00, 09:30 - 17:30, and 10:00 - 18:00 CSAs are rotated through different shift patterns as required

(Part Time) 11am - 3pm

Home Working: 50% in office (2 to 3 days per week but flexible to all working environments at manager's discretion. First 6 weeks will be 100% office working, this includes training).

Training:2 weeks in office based

Length of Employment: Indeterminate, but no plans for the employment to expire, good likelihood of future permanent role providing the right behaviours and performance demonstrated.

Pay rate is £14.48 PAYE per hour
