This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their career in a multi-site retail environment working for one of the UK's largest maintenance contractors

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Location: East of Glasgow

Salary: £38,481.37 (includes standby allowance - 1 week in every 4, (13 weeks per year))

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fire & Security Technician. The successful individual will be responsible for carrying out repairs and planned preventative maintenance of fire & security equipment in retail stores and distribution sites.

To be effective in this role, you must be self motivated, an excellent communicator (both verbal and in writing), very well organised and PC literate.

This role requires someone extremely competent in fault diagnosis and repairing all fire & security equipment fitted in retail stores, Preferred candidate will be knowledgeable in IP CCTV, fire alarms and electronic security systems, candidates with experience in one of these disciplines, who is willing to up-skill themselves will be considered. Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are also a requirement of the role.
