Job Title: Plumber

Contract: Minimum 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client, a leading managed services provider, is seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out planned and reactive maintenance at a key site in Nottingham. The role includes the installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems such as water supply, waste, and medical gas, along with general building maintenance support.

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply and waste lines

Work on medical gas supply and distribution systems (with appropriate certification)

Unblock and maintain waste systems using tools such as jet washers and plungers

Support other trades and contractors on projects where plumbing expertise is needed

Carry out safety inspections and PPMs on backflow prevention devices (if certified)

Provide basic plumbing guidance to other staff as needed

Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies and general maintenance tasks

Carry out general building maintenance duties as required

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (essential)

Proven experience in commercial or facilities maintenance environments

Ability to read technical drawings and work independently

Good time management and problem-solving skills

Medical gas and backflow certification (desirable)

Basic IT skills
