Are you an experienced BMS Engineer with a background in Schneider systems? We're recruiting for a long-term role supporting a key NHS site in Newcastle, focusing on the maintenance and optimisation of large-scale BMS systems.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the BMS function on a critical site, working with energy consultants to improve system performance and energy efficiency.

🛠️ The Role:

Carry out PPM, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced BMS systems (Schneider/Continuum).

Maintain, optimise, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems.

Collaborate with energy consultants to meet and exceed energy performance targets.

Act as the BMS lead on site, supporting and mentoring the estates team.

Participate in the on-call rota (additional pay provided).

Ensure robust disaster recovery procedures and system resilience.

🔍 What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with Schneider Continuum and/or EcoStruxure systems.

Solid understanding of HVAC systems and energy management.

Experience with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and Mbus.

Ideally qualified with:

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent

18th Edition Wiring Regs (desirable)

2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred)

Experience working on healthcare or large-scale sites is beneficial but not essential.
