Asset Sales and Disposals Manager - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Your new role as Asset Sales and Disposals Manager:

As the Asset Sales and Disposals Manager you will lead the strategic delivery of portfolio, asset and leasehold disposals, managing a team of three to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer focused service while driving the existing asset sales programme and achieving annual targets.

The Experience Required:

Proven experience in service delivery of open market sales, statutory disposals and a strong record of demonstrable experience of shared ownership staircasing and lease extension, including re-sale of shared ownership properties. You will have strong knowledge of current legislation and regulatory guidance and be able to deliver a customer-focused approach that ensures high standards of service are consistently maintained. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work is essential.
